A Prefeitura de Ub\u00e1, por meio da Secretaria Municipal de Sa\u00fade e da Vigil\u00e2ncia em Sa\u00fade, divulgou nesta quarta-feira (11) o Boletim Informativo n\u00ba 02\/2026<\/strong>, com a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o da situa\u00e7\u00e3o da leptospirose no munic\u00edpio ap\u00f3s as enchentes registradas no fim de fevereiro.<\/p>

De acordo com o boletim, foi confirmado o primeiro \u00f3bito por leptospirose em Ub\u00e1<\/strong>. A v\u00edtima \u00e9 uma mulher, com idade entre 30 e 35 anos<\/strong>. A confirma\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu por meio de exame laboratorial do tipo RT-qPCR<\/strong>, que apresentou resultado detect\u00e1vel para a doen\u00e7a. O resultado foi divulgado na ter\u00e7a-feira (10).<\/p>

Atualmente, o munic\u00edpio possui 41 casos suspeitos de leptospirose notificados<\/strong>, que seguem em investiga\u00e7\u00e3o epidemiol\u00f3gica. As amostras coletadas foram encaminhadas para an\u00e1lise na Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Ezequiel Dias (FUNED)<\/strong>, em Belo Horizonte, e os pacientes aguardam os resultados dos exames.<\/p>

Segundo a Secretaria Municipal de Sa\u00fade, as equipes continuam monitorando os casos e intensificando as a\u00e7\u00f5es de vigil\u00e2ncia, preven\u00e7\u00e3o e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, principalmente nas \u00e1reas mais afetadas pelas enchentes.<\/p>

Sintomas da leptospirose<\/strong><\/p>

A leptospirose \u00e9 uma doen\u00e7a causada por uma bact\u00e9ria presente principalmente na urina de ratos<\/strong>, que pode contaminar \u00e1gua e lama durante enchentes.<\/p>

Os principais sintomas incluem:<\/p>

\u2022 Febre e dor de cabe\u00e7a<\/p>

\u2022 Dor intensa no corpo, especialmente nas panturrilhas<\/p>

\u2022 N\u00e1useas e mal-estar geral<\/p>

Em casos mais graves, com febre persistente, v\u00f4mitos intensos ou dificuldade para respirar<\/strong>, a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 procurar atendimento hospitalar imediato<\/strong>.<\/p>

Onde buscar atendimento<\/strong><\/p>

Pessoas com sintomas leves<\/strong> devem procurar a Unidade B\u00e1sica de Sa\u00fade (UBS)<\/strong> mais pr\u00f3xima. J\u00e1 em situa\u00e7\u00f5es mais graves, a recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 buscar atendimento nas unidades de pronto atendimento ou hospitais da rede municipal<\/strong>.<\/p>

A Secretaria de Sa\u00fade informou ainda que as equipes do munic\u00edpio receberam capacita\u00e7\u00e3o com apoio da For\u00e7a Nacional do SUS<\/strong>, com o objetivo de agilizar o diagn\u00f3stico e o atendimento de pacientes com sintomas da doen\u00e7a.<\/p>

Cuidados durante a limpeza p\u00f3s-enchente<\/strong><\/p>

A Prefeitura tamb\u00e9m orienta a popula\u00e7\u00e3o a redobrar os cuidados ao limpar casas e com\u00e9rcios atingidos pela enchente:<\/p>

\u2022 Utilizar botas e luvas de borracha<\/strong><\/p>

\u2022 Caso n\u00e3o tenha, improvisar sacos pl\u00e1sticos duplos<\/strong> nos p\u00e9s e nas m\u00e3os<\/p>

\u2022 Lavar objetos que tiveram contato com lama com \u00e1gua sanit\u00e1ria (1 copo para cada 20 litros de \u00e1gua)<\/strong><\/p>

\u2022 Evitar permanecer por muito tempo em locais com poeira ou mofo<\/strong> ap\u00f3s o alagamento<\/p>

A Prefeitura refor\u00e7a que as equipes de sa\u00fade seguem mobilizadas, acompanhando os casos suspeitos e ampliando as a\u00e7\u00f5es de preven\u00e7\u00e3o e vigil\u00e2ncia epidemiol\u00f3gica<\/strong> no munic\u00edpio.<\/p>

Novas informa\u00e7\u00f5es devem ser divulgadas conforme o andamento das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es e a conclus\u00e3o dos exames laboratoriais.<\/p>
