Entre eles, <strong>um \u00f3bito j\u00e1 foi confirmado<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do total de notifica\u00e7\u00f5es, <strong>19 casos tiveram resultado negativo na primeira amostra<\/strong>, enquanto <strong>57 pessoas notificadas ainda n\u00e3o realizaram a coleta do exame<\/strong>. Outros <strong>41 casos continuam em investiga\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, aguardando resultados de an\u00e1lises laboratoriais realizadas pela Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Ezequiel Dias (FUNED), em Belo Horizonte.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Secretaria de Sa\u00fade orienta a popula\u00e7\u00e3o a ficar atenta aos principais sintomas da leptospirose, que incluem <strong>febre, dor no corpo, dor de cabe\u00e7a, n\u00e1useas e mal-estar<\/strong>. Ao apresentar esses sinais, a recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 procurar uma Unidade de Sa\u00fade para avalia\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dica e registro do caso suspeito.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em situa\u00e7\u00f5es de agravamento do quadro, como <strong>febre alta persistente, v\u00f4mitos intensos, dificuldade para respirar ou piora do estado geral<\/strong>, a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 buscar atendimento imediato em uma unidade hospitalar.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Secretaria tamb\u00e9m refor\u00e7a a import\u00e2ncia de <strong>adotar medidas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o durante a limpeza de casas e locais atingidos pelas enchentes<\/strong>, utilizando luvas, botas e outros equipamentos de prote\u00e7\u00e3o ao manusear objetos que tiveram contato com \u00e1gua ou lama possivelmente contaminadas.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As equipes de sa\u00fade seguem monitorando a situa\u00e7\u00e3o epidemiol\u00f3gica no munic\u00edpio e intensificando as a\u00e7\u00f5es de <strong>orienta\u00e7\u00e3o, preven\u00e7\u00e3o e acompanhamento dos casos<\/strong> registrados ap\u00f3s as enchentes.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Secretaria Municipal de Sa\u00fade de Ub\u00e1, por meio da Vigil\u00e2ncia em Sa\u00fade, divulgou nesta segunda-feira (16) o Boletim Informativo n\u00ba 5\/2026, com a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos casos de leptospirose registrados no munic\u00edpio desde o dia 24 de fevereiro, per\u00edodo posterior \u00e0s enchentes que atingiram a cidade.
